Our team will arrange and assist you with the following (where applicable):

 

  • a bank account
  • a sofi number/ social tax number
  • health insurance coverage
  • relocation of personal possessions/ furniture
  • support with finding a house/ apartment
  • registering at the Town Hall
  • registering with a doctor and dentist
  • support in applying for a 30% tax ruling
  • work and residence permit
  • finding suitable schooling for children
  • other ad-hoc requests, such as; importing a car, organizing internet etc..

 

On your first day of work you will receive your “new starter” package, which includes essential information on AOES, on the Netherlands and on the client (where applicable), which will help you to settle in with little inconvenience.

 

Experience has shown us that tight communication with our employees, in an early phase, is essential. This allows us to maintain a close relationship through frequent follow up meetings, which help monitor the progress of any outstanding issues. This relationship will not end after your introduction; this in fact is just the beginning! To give you an idea; Once you have become an AOES employee, we will monitor your development with informal reviews and formalised annual evaluations.  Every year a Personal Development Plan will be completed and you will receive an annual personal training budget to assist you in realising your development needs. Many training opportunities will be arranged in-house at AOES HQ in our dedicated training facility.

 

AOES offers excellent secondary benefits, like an annual training budget, 28 holidays as well as 12 allocated public holidays per year and you will receive Dutch tax advice and support in completing your annual tax return.
