AOES MEDIALAB and EXOMARS - A Medialab design sets example for the European Space industry

After the success of the EXOMARS ROVER presentation at ILA/Berlin in May this year, another successful presentation has been taken place yesterday at the PRAC press conference with EADS ASTRIUM on the BBC.

Considering, AOES Medialab’s design of the EXOMARS rover , the industry is now trying to turn dream into reality.

AOES continues success as Framework Contractor for ESA/ESTEC

 Just recently AOES has been awarded as Framework contractor for ESA's Directorate for Human Space Flight & Exploration and the Directorate for Scientific Programmes.

Medialab Venus movie on TV

The beautiful animation movie of the ESA Venus Express mission that is currently broadcasted on TV worldwide, was created by Medialab.

The mission entered it's most crucial phase: the orbit around Venus.

The movie was produced for the Science Directorate of ESA.

AOES Group BV celebrates its membership in the European ISS Business Club (IBC)

At the occasion of AOES Group BV ’s cocktail reception celebrating the company’s accession to the European ISS Business Club (IBC), ESA astronaut André Kuipers handed over the IBC Membership Award to Paul Pearson, Director of AOES Group BV. The award distinguishes the company as an “Official Supplier to the European Elements of the International Space Station” and was signed by Daniel Sacotte, Chairman of the IBC Award and Director of Human Spaceflight, Microgravity and Exploration.

AOES Group B.V. has been awarded with the European ISS Business Club - IBC - Membership

The European ISS Business Club (IBC) has been established under the aegis of the European Space Agency (ESA) to further raise the profile of their contributions. The purpose of this club is to offer to all companies and organizations involved in the design, development, operation, and utilization of the European elements of the ISS an attractive business-to-business platform and a forum for business promotion.

The European ISS Business Club is a registered mark of the European Space Agency (ESA).

Medialabs Venus Express broadcasted worldwide

Venus Express mission has been launched november 9, at 04:33 CET by a Soyuz-Fregat rocket, from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazahkstan. The Venus Express mission has been an important news item this week, worldwide.

The beautiful animations used to explain and illustrate the mission have been produced by AOES Medialab.

Medialab on French Television

On November 3, France2, one of the main French television channels, broadcast various Medialab animations.
Several sequences of the Aurora programme were shown during an item explaining the MELIiSSA project.
Medialab are involved in both programmes, providing graphic design and 3D visualization.

AOES Medialab close to Star Wars

AOES Medialab were invited to present their latest work at the worldwide 3D convention SIGGRAPH 2005, held in July 2005 in Los Angeles. Side by side with computer graphic companies responsible for the special effects and animation in Star Wars III, AOES Medialab showed the animations they recently produced for ESA.
